Hi! It’s so nice to “meet” you. My name is Rachel Woods and I am a website makeover expert. I’ve been working as a website designer for over 10 years now. However, being labeled as just a “website designer” is no fun!

I started my company Solten LLC (DBA: RachelWoods.com) back in August of 2010. As a new business, I hit many obstacles like how to get new clients, how to become a “reputable” company, how to keep my current clients “in the know” and most importantly how to keep my business afloat.

Instead of focusing on my USP (Unique Selling Proposition), which most professionals tell you to, I decided to do what I do best and just start designing. As I was designing for family and friends, real clients started coming and my business was growing.

All of a sudden, through client testimonials, I was able to discover what makes my design firm so unique.

• I give my clients my undivided attention and make them feel special, even when I am working multiple projects at the same time.
• I created a back end system that keeps communication open between each client, my staff and myself.
• I stay in contact constantly and give weekly status updates on each project.
• I have the ability to bring a client’s vision to life almost effortlessly.
• I listen to my client’s ideas and give valuable and honest opinions.
• All of my design work comes with unlimited changes because no change is too small.
• I put my clients first because I’m in business to get you more business.

I’ve learned how to create a web presence that gives a trusting first impression and effortlessly gets you more clients/customers/sign-ups. The clients I’ve had the pleasure of working with, have taught me so much and I appreciate them every single day.

Doing website makeovers has been so much fun! Seeing a website go from unattractive and outdated, to together building it into something we both are so proud to showcase, is hands down the best feeling in the world. It’s why I do what I do!
